A rustic and flavorful appetizer, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 6 eggs
- 150 g salami (cut into cubes)
- 100 g of grated cheese (parmesan or pecorino)
- 1 small onion (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Olive oil for cooking
Preparation
1.
In a skillet, sauté diced salami (and onion, if you like) with a drizzle of olive oil.

In a bowl, beat eggs with grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Add the browned salami to the egg mixture and mix well.


4.
Pour the mixture into a hot skillet with a little oil and cook over low heat, covering with a lid, until the omelet is well cooked on both sides.
5.
Cut into slices and serve as an appetizer.
