Fattoria Rossi is located in Quattro Castella at the foot of the Matildic hills, the cradle of Parmigiano Reggiano and Italy’s most famous cured meats.

It is a family-run business that has been handing down the ancient farming traditions from generation to generation since 1868, taking care of each and every step: from cultivating the land to raising the animals, from processing to marketing the products themselves.
