Beef rolls with caciotta cheese and spinach

Delicious rolls stuffed with caciotta cheese, spinach and prosciutto.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 8 slices of beef (perhaps for rolls)
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 100 g of prosciutto ham
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- White wine to taste.
Preparation
1.
Blanch spinach in salted water, drain and squeeze well.

Arrange some prosciutto, a few spinach leaves, and a small piece of caciotta cheese on each slice of meat.

Roll the meat into rolls and secure them with toothpicks.


4.
In a frying pan, sauté garlic with oil, add rolls and cook until golden brown.
5.
Deglaze with white wine and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
