Veal cutlet with melted caciotta cheese

A kitchen classic, made even tastier with melted caciotta cheese on top of the meat.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 veal cutlets
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of flour
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Oil for frying q.b.
Preparation
1.
Tap the cutlets slightly to make them thinner.

Dip the cutlets first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry the cutlets in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.


4.
Meanwhile, cut the caciotta into thin slices.
5.
Once the cutlets are ready, lay a slice of caciotta on top of each cutlet and place under the oven grill for a few minutes until the caciotta melts.
6.
Serve immediately, perhaps with a side of vegetables or salad!
