Veal cutlet with breech and mozzarella cheese

A classic Italian dish with an added twist thanks to culatta and stringy mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 veal cutlets
- 100 g of breech
- 100 g of mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Frying oil
Preparation
1.
Beat the veal cutlets to make them thinner.


2.
Lay a slice of breech and mozzarella on each cutlet.


3.
Close the cutlets, tossing them first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in bread crumbs.


4.
Fry the cutlets in plenty of hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
5.
Serve hot, perhaps with a slice of lemon.
