Tomato, caciotta and basil salad

A fresh and aromatic side dish, ideal for summer.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Preparation
1.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices or cubes, as you prefer.

Cut the caciotta cheese into cubes.

3.
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, caciotta cheese, and chopped basil.


4.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if you like.
5.
Mix gently and serve immediately!
