Tiramisu with caciotta and cocoa cream

An original interpretation of tiramisu, with a fresh caciotta-based cream.

Ingredients
for 6 people
- 250 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of ladyfingers
- 200 ml of strong coffee
- Bitter cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation
1.
Prepare the cream by mixing the caciotta cheese with the cream, egg yolks and sugar, whipping everything until smooth and creamy.


2.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the caciotta cream.

Soak the ladyfingers in coffee and arrange them in the bottom of a baking dish.


4.
Cover with a layer of cream and repeat until you run out of ingredients.
5.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with unsweetened cocoa.
