Tiramisu with breech

An original, savory version of the classic tiramisu, with a touch of breech.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 200 g of ladyfingers
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 100 g of breech
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar
- 200 ml of coffee
- 1 tablespoon liquor (optional)
Preparation
1.
Make coffee and, if you like, add a tablespoon of liqueur.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, then add the mascarpone.


3.
Whip the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the mascarpone mixture.


4.
Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them in an oven dish.
5.
Add a first layer of mascarpone cream and some breech cut into strips.
6.
Repeat the steps with another layer of ladyfingers, cream and breech.
7.
Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
