Tart with mascarpone cream and feline salami

A dessert that plays with the sweetness of mascarpone cream and the strong flavor of feline salami.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g feline salami (cut into small cubes)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Orange marmalade (optional)
Preparation
1.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.

Once the tart base is baked, let it cool and then top with the mascarpone cream.

Decorate with cubes of feline salami and, if you like, add a few teaspoons of orange marmalade for a touch of sweetness.

Serve the tart cold.
