Soft cake with Parmesan cheese and lemon

A light and fragrant cake, perfect with tea.

Ingredients
for 8 servings
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 80 ml of seed oil
- 150 g of flour
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Peel of 1 lemon
- Icing sugar to decorate
Preparation
1.
Whip the eggs with the sugar until frothy.

Add milk, oil, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.


3.
Incorporate the sifted flour with baking powder.


4.
Pour into a cake pan and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
5.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
