Savory pie with cow’s cheese and spinach

A rustic and tasty dish, suitable for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 300 g fresh spinach
- 200 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Blanch spinach in salted water for 3 minutes, then squeeze it well.

Sauté garlic in a pan with a little oil, add spinach and cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix the spinach, egg and diced caciotta cheese.

4.
Roll out the puff pastry and pour the mixture over it, then seal the edges.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
