Ingredients
for 6 servings
- 150 g of dry cookies
- 60 g of melted butter
- 200 g of spreadable cheese
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Walnuts for decoration
Preparation
1.
Chop the cookies and mix them with the melted butter, then press the mixture into a cake pan and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Heat the cream and melt the gelatin, then add Parmesan and spreadable cheese.

Pour the cream over the cookie base and firm up in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Decorate with honey and nuts before serving.
