Sautéed spinach with feline salami and pine nuts

A simple but rich side dish where spinach combines perfectly with the strong flavor of feline salami.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feline salami (cut into strips)
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Wash and dry the spinach.

In a frying pan, toast pine nuts with a tablespoon of oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add feline salami in strips and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add spinach and cook over medium heat until wilted.
5.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
