- 400 g of fresh spinach
- 100 g of breech
- 30 g pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash and dry the spinach.

In a skillet, heat oil and add spinach, cooking it for 5-6 minutes.

Add breech cut into strips and pine nuts, and cook for another 2 minutes.
