A fresh, mild-flavored appetizer where the avocado balances the savoriness of the salami.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 8 slices of toast
- 100 g of salami
- 1 ripe avocado
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Herbs (parsley or mint) for garnish
Preparation
1.
Peel and mash the avocado with a fork, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to make a smooth cream.

Spread the avocado on each slice of toast.


3.
Add a slice of salami on top.


4.
Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve immediately.
