Ingredients

for 4 people

  • 150 g of breech
  • 100 g of cream cheese (such as mascarpone or cottage cheese)
  • 50 g arugula
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • A pinch of black pepper

Preparation

1.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese with olive oil and a pinch of black pepper.

Wash and dry the arugula, then chop it finely and incorporate it into the cheese.
