An elegant appetizer that is quick to prepare, with breech wrapping a soft cream cheese.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 150 g of breech
- 100 g of cream cheese (such as mascarpone or cottage cheese)
- 50 g arugula
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Preparation
1.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with olive oil and a pinch of black pepper.

Wash and dry the arugula, then chop it finely and incorporate it into the cheese.

Take the breech slices and spread a teaspoon of cream cheese and arugula on top.

Roll up the breech slices and arrange the rolls on a serving platter.

Serve immediately, perhaps with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little pepper.
