Ingredients
for 4 people
- 320 g of Carnaroli rice
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml dry white wine
Preparation
1.
Sauté the onion with butter.

Add rice and toast it for 2 minutes.

Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.

Gradually add broth and cook for 15-18 minutes.
