Ingredients
for 4 people
- 500 g of potatoes
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Black truffle to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Boil the potatoes, then mash them with a fork.

Mix with cream, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.


3.
Pour the mixture into buttered molds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.


4.
Garnish with black truffle shavings.
