Potato dumplings with breech, butter and sage

A rustic and rich dish with soft gnocchi and a simple but full of flavor sauce.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 600 g potato dumplings
- 100 g of breech
- 50 g butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they rise to the surface.

In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the sage leaves, frying them until crispy.

Add the breech cut into strips and let it brown for a couple of minutes.

Drain the gnocchi and transfer them to the pan with the butter, stirring gently.
5.
Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
6.
Serve immediately with some fresh black pepper.
