Ingredients

for 4 people

  • 4 pork tenderloins
  • 100 g of breech
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation

1.

Brown the pork tenderloins in a skillet with a drizzle of oil and rosemary for 4 to 5 minutes per side, then season with salt and pepper.

Remove the fillets from the pan and in the same pan, sauté the chopped onion.

Add the red wine and let it reduce over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the breech cut into strips and stir to brown in the sauce.

5.

Return the pork tenderloins to the pan, cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened.

6.

Serve the fillets with the red wine sauce and breech on top.
