Pork ribs with feline salami and caramelized onion

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 pork chops
- 100 g feline salami (cut into cubes)
- 2 red onions
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Brown the pork chops in a skillet with a little olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

When they are golden brown on both sides, remove them from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, add the finely sliced red onions, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar, cooking until the onions become soft and caramelized.

Add diced feline salami and cook for a few more minutes.

Return the ribs to the pan and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring to give the meat a good flavor.

Serve hot, with the caramelized onions and salami on top.
