Pork chops with caciotta cheese and onion sauce

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 pork chops
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 2 red onions
- 1 glass of red wine
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the pork chops until golden brown.

Splash them with red wine and let them cook for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the onions thinly and sauté them in another pan with a little oil.

When the onions are soft, add the diced caciotta cheese and let it melt.

Pour the onion and caciotta sauce over the chops and let them cook together for another 5-10 minutes.
6.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
