- 400 g of polenta
- 100 g of breech
- 150 g of cheese (such as fontina or toma cheese)
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
1.
Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the package, adding a little salt and stirring frequently.

When the polenta is ready, pour it onto a serving plate.

In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the breech cut into strips, browning it for a couple of minutes.
