Ingredients

for 4 people

  • 400 g of polenta
  • 100 g of breech
  • 150 g of cheese (such as fontina or toma cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Halls

Preparation

1.

Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the package, adding a little salt and stirring frequently.

When the polenta is ready, pour it onto a serving plate.
