Ingredients
for 4 people
- 250 g of polenta
- 100 g feline salami (cut into cubes)
- 1 egg
- 50 g of flour
- Frying oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Prepare the polenta according to the instructions on the package, then let it cool completely.

When the polenta is cold, mix it with the egg, flour, diced feline salami, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Form small pancakes with your hands and fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Drain them on paper towels and serve hot.
