Pasta with culatta, ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes

A simple but richly flavored pasta with a nice mix of Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 320 g of pasta (like spaghetti or trofie)
- 100 g of breech
- 100 g fresh ricotta cheese
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

In a frying pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and striped breech.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce.

Stir in fresh ricotta and a little pasta cooking water to make a smooth cream.

Add fresh basil, salt, and pepper and mix well.
6.
Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a little black pepper.
