Pasta with creamed feline salami and peas

A creamy and flavorful dish where feline salami combines with the delicacy of peas.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 320 g of pasta (fusilli, pennette or trofie)
- 150 g feline salami (cut into thin strips)
- 200 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 100 ml of cooking cream
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion with a little olive oil.

Add feline salami in strips and brown for 2-3 minutes.

Combine peas and cook until tender.
5.
Pour in the cream and let it thicken, then add salt and pepper.
6.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
7.
Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
