Ingredients

for 4 people

  • 300 g of pasta (preferably leftover)
  • 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

1.

Cook spinach in a skillet with a little oil and salt.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper, add finely chopped caciotta cheese.

In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion, then add the pasta and spinach.
