Parmesan panna cotta with berry sauce

Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 40 g of sugar
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 150 g of berries
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Preparation
1.
Heat the cream with the sugar and Parmesan cheese until melted.

Soak the gelatin in cold water and add it to the hot cream.

Pour into molds and let firm up in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Blend the berries with powdered sugar to make the sauce.
5.
Serve the panna cotta with the berry sauce.
