Ingredients

for 4 people

  • 4 slices of veal or pork loin
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g champignon or porcini mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

1.

Brown the meat slices in a pan with butter and garlic.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
