Parmesan escalopes with cream of mushroom soup

A classic revisited with a hint of Parmesan.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 slices of veal or pork loin
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 200 g champignon or porcini mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Brown the meat slices in a pan with butter and garlic.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese, mix until smooth.


4.
Serve the cutlets with the mushroom sauce on top.
