Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 150 g of 70% dark chocolate
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- Chocolate chips for decoration
Preparation
1.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.

Whip the cream with the powdered sugar.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the melted chocolate and then gently incorporate the whipped cream.


4.
Pour into small cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
5.
Decorate with chocolate chips before serving.
