A fine alternative to classic baked potatoes.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 500 g of potatoes
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- Nutmeg to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Boil the potatoes, mash them and mix them with butter, Parmesan cheese, egg yolk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.


2.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.


3.
Form small rosettes on a baking sheet with parchment paper.


4.
Bake in a 200°C oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
