Meat rolls with feline salami and cheese

A tasty second course, where the rolls are stuffed with feline salami and cream cheese.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 8 slices of meat (veal or chicken)
- 100 g feline salami (thinly sliced)
- 100 g of cream cheese (such as robiola or crescenza)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Rosemary sprigs (optional)
Preparation
1.
Beat the meat slices to make them thin and even.

Spread some cream cheese on each slice and lay a slice of feline salami on top.


3.
Roll up the rolls and close them with toothpicks.


4.
In a skillet, heat oil and cook the roulades over medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning them on all sides.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or potatoes.
