Green beans with feline salami and roasted almonds

A crisp, fresh side dish where green beans combine perfectly with feline salami and toasted almonds.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 400 g fresh green beans
- 100 g feline salami (cut into strips)
- 30 g shelled almonds
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Wash and blanch green beans in salted water for 5-7 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water.

In a frying pan, toast the almonds for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

In another pan, brown feline salami in strips with oil for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Combine the green beans, almonds, and feline salami in the skillet and mix well.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
