A flavorful and simple dish where the feline salami gives a rich and somewhat rustic taste to the escalopes.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 slices of veal (or chicken)
- 100 g feline salami (cut into strips)
- 100 ml white wine
- 50 g butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan.

Brown the meat slices on both sides until they are golden brown, then deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.

Add the feline salami cut into strips and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, until the salami becomes crispy.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
