Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 baguette or homemade bread
- 200 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 20 slices of bacon
Preparation
1.
Cut the bread into about 20 slices

Cut the cow caciotta into thin slices and place it on top of the croutons.


3.
Add bacon on top of croutons

Place everything in a mold and bake until the caciotta begins to melt
5.
Serve hot.
