Crostini with cow’s caciotta cheese, honey and walnuts

A simple, yet tasty and original appetizer.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 baguette or homemade bread
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of honey (preferably acacia)
- 20 g of chopped walnuts
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
1.
Cut the bread into slices and toast lightly in the oven or on a grill.

2.
Cut the cow caciotta into thin slices and place it on top of the croutons.

3.
Add a drizzle of honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

4.
Top with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
