Chocolate mousse with breech and salted caramel

A rich and creamy chocolate dessert with a salty touch thanks to the breech.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 100 g of breech
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Preparation
1.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix it with the butter.

Whip the cream with the sugar until smooth, then mix it with the melted chocolate.

Cut the breech into thin strips and add them to the mixture.

Pour the mousse into glasses and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Prepare a salted caramel by melting sugar in a pan and adding a pinch of coarse salt.
6.
Decorate the mousse with salted caramel before serving.
