Chocolate cookies and feline salami

Soft cookies with a chocolate heart that is enriched with the flavor of crispy feline salami.
Ingredients
for 20 cookies
- 150 g of flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g feline salami (cut into small cubes)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
1.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar, then add the egg and melted chocolate.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well.

Combine the feline salami cubes and stir to distribute them evenly in the mixture.
5.
Form balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes.

Let cool and serve.
