A sweet and tasty side dish with carrots and peas enhanced by breech.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 300 g of carrots
- 200 g peas
- 100 g of breech
- 30 g butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1.
Wash and cut the carrots into rounds.

Cook the carrots and peas in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain.

In a skillet, melt the butter and add the carrots and peas, tossing for 5-6 minutes.

Add breech cut into strips, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes.
