A twist on the classic caprese, with caciotta instead of mozzarella.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil to taste.
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Cut the cow caciotta and cherry tomatoes into slices.

2.
Arrange alternating slices of tomato and caciotta cheese on an appetizer plate.

3.
Add basil leaves, season with oil, salt and pepper.
4.
Serve immediately, fresh and tasty!
