Simple, but very tasty, these rolls are perfect for an appetizer.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 150 g of prosciutto ham
- Arugula leaves (optional)
Preparation
1.
Cut the cow’s caciotta cheese into thin slices.

2.
Take a slice of prosciutto and arrange a slice of caciotta on top.

3.
Add an arugula leaf (if you like) and roll it up, forming a roulade.
4.
Arrange the rolls on an appetizer plate and serve immediately!
