- 8 slices of homemade bread
- 150 g of breech
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tablespoons of pickled capers
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation

Toast the bread slices until crispy.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and chop the capers.

Arrange the breech slices on the toast.
