An appetizer that combines the savoriness of breech with the sweetness of figs.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 150 g of breech
- 100 g fresh cheese (such as ricotta or mozzarella)
- 2 fresh figs
- Honey (optional)
- A little black pepper
Preparation
1.
Cut the figs in half and remove the stem.


2.
Lay a teaspoon of cream cheese on each fig half.

Wrap each morsel with a slice of breech.


4.
If you like, add a drizzle of honey on top of the fig for a sweet touch.

Sprinkle with a little black pepper and serve immediately.
