Ingredients

for 2 people

  • 200 g of beef tenderloin
  • 50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano flakes
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

1.

Finely chop the beef tenderloin with a knife.

Season with truffle oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
