Beef stew with breech and onion

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 600 g of beef (preferably stew)
- 100 g of breech
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 glass of red wine
- 500 ml meat stock
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
1.
Brown the beef in a little olive oil for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.

Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and rosemary. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add breech cut into strips and mix.

Pour in the red wine and let it evaporate, then add the hot broth.

Cover and simmer for at least 2 hours, until the meat becomes tender.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
