Baked potatoes with caciotta cheese and rosemary

Potatoes crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, enhanced by the flavor of caciotta cheese.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 800 g of potatoes
- 150 g of fresh cow’s caciotta cheese
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or wedges.


2.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the potatoes.


3.
Season with oil, salt, pepper and the chopped rosemary.


4.
Bake in a 200°C oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.
Halfway through cooking, add diced caciotta cheese and continue cooking until it melts and turns golden.
6.
Serve hot!
