Baked pork ribs with Parmesan crust and smoked paprika

An original idea for crispy, flavorful ribs.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Massage the ribs with oil, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Bake in a 160°C oven for 2 hours, covering them with aluminum foil.


3.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and raise the temperature to 220°C for 10 minutes, until a crispy crust forms.
