Baked piglet with feline salami and rosemary

A roast that combines the tenderness of suckling pig with the aromatic flavor of feline salami.

Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 kg suckling pig (leg or shoulder)
- 100 g feline salami (cut into cubes)
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Make small hollows in the piglet meat and insert cubes of feline salami.

Season with oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and minced garlic.

Bake and cook for about 1 1/2 hours, turning the piglet every 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.

When the meat is nicely browned and crispy, bake and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
