Ingredients
for 4 people
- 2 apples
- 100 g of breech
- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 g of sugar
- Honey
Preparation
1.
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, and eggs until you have a smooth batter.

Add the apple slices and mix well.

Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden brown.
