Ingredients
for 4 people
- 4 large tomatoes
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1.
Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them in a baking dish.

Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oil and chopped basil.

Sprinkle the mixture over the tomatoes and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
